  • Unresolved trauma can contribute to mental health disorders, anxiety, stress, and depression. Sometimes people aren’t even aware that they are nervous, anxious, stressed, or that they are sad because of any trauma. For more information on Trauma Counseling, click here.

  • A “brainspot” is an eye position that activates where the trauma is held in the brain. Brainspotting is a powerful therapeutic treatment used to identify, process, and release sources of trauma. To learn more about Brainspotting, click here.

  • We realize clients have been somewhat hesitant or unsure they could “connect” via video or phone, however to the majority of our clients’ surprise the sessions have proved to be helpful, engaging, and meaningful. To find out more about online counseling, click here.
