Jaclyn’s work centers around helping people through their dysregulation, whether the cause be deep-rooted disruption in attachment relationships, trauma, life milestones and transitions, grief, or neurodivergence. She utilizes EMDR, parts work/Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, attachment-based interventions/self-reparenting, and considers sensory strategies and preferences in her work with teens and adults. Jaclyn especially enjoys working with people experiencing infertility challenges and infertility interventions, recurrent pregnancy loss, and those who are are considering adoption or facing adoption challenges. It is often confusing to navigate resources, challenging to maintain partner relationships, and isolating as people grieve the loss of what they thought their life and family would look like, especially when this grief is in the company of others who don’t seem to understand.
Whether life feels stagnant or totally off the rails, Jaclyn can work with you to build internal resources, quiet distressing internal dialogue that holds you back from the life you want to live, and discover and draw on strengths that are already within you to aide in your own healing and help you work toward developing and executing your goals for your life and relationships.
